Beau is a multi-grand champion bull. Now that his show career is over he's out to pasture with his harem, which includes commercial, club calf and lowline cows. We're very excited with his progeny and hope to have them out in the show ring soon.
Beau is a very classy bull, a real show stopper! Lots of length, very straight,excellent muscling. He currently weighs 1,500+ lbs and stands 47 inches at the shoulder.
He's very thick and turns heads wherever he goes. He's not just a pretty face, as you can see by his Genestar and MMI results:
Genestar - 4 stars Tenderness and 7 stars Feed Efficiency.
MMI results - out of 128 markers for marbling Beau had an incredible 76.46; and for tenderness he was -1.11!
Ultrasound tests results had Beau at one of the best tenderness scores - at 18!
Beau's progeny will help commercial cattle become more efficient. He has everything it takes to produce grass-finished beef, or grain finish quicker than most commercial feeders.
